Fully registered students can install Microsoft 365 on up to 5 personal devices for FREE

Microsoft 365 includes: Word; Excel; Powerpoint; Outlook; One Drive; One Note and Access

Click the link above
Download the installer (OfficeSetup.exe)
Stay online while Microsoft 365 and Office download
Once Microsoft 365 and Office are installed - select the Word icon
On the Sign in to get started with Word page, select the Sign in button
Then Activate Office by entering your @roehampton.ac.uk - username and password
By Accepting the licence agreement you will then have access to the Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (please note this access will cease when you leave the University*)

You must be signed in with your current Roehampton credentials to take advantage of the free O365 software
Please note you will need to sign in with your University of Roehampton IT account every 30 days or the software will revert to reduced functionality mode.

❗Please note: The University does not support personal devices and therefore the IT team cannot therefore cannot assist with installation or any issues you may encounter.

Students can also access Microsoft 365 via Web Apps which are software applications that run on a web browser instead of being installed on your device.

You can launch the Web Apps by going to the App Launcher (9-dots icon) in the top left corner of your Outlook or NEST homepage

You will then be able to access the following online

Word (online)
Excel (online)
PowerPoint (online)
Outlook
OneDrive
Teams

*Access to Microsoft 365 software will cease when you leave the University.
