Advice to students finishing their degree
❗ For 3 months after you leave the University, you will continue to have access to your Roehampton email; including any free Microsoft Office software you have downloaded via your University account, files saved on your University OneDrive, and Moodle.
❗ Your leaving date is recorded in your Student Record; Registry will enter your leaving date in your Student Record shortly before your results are dispatched.
❗ 3 months after your leaving date an automated process will disable your Roehampton network account after which your account will be unavailable. Please note that we cannot reverse this process.
❗ Your access to CareerLink will expire once your Roehampton account is disabled. To continue using the Alumni version of CareerLink, add your personal email address and switch on "Alumni Access" on your CareerLink account before your Roehampton account expires. Download the app for CareerLink to make this even easier.
For further assistance with CareerLink, please email 📩 careers@roehampton.ac.uk.
❗ Account access is only guaranteed for 90 days past your leaving date as entered by Registry on your Student Record, after which the accounts are disabled and deleted. Occasionally, access to your account may still be available for longer due to operational reasons, but the official provision is for 90 days only. If you find your account persists past the 90 days please do not rely on it as it may irretrievably disappear without warning.

Graduation
The Alumni and Careers Development Office will use your personal email account if they need to contact you about the graduation ceremony.
If you have any queries email 📩 graduation@roehampton.ac.uk or phone ☎️ 020 8392 3344.
When buying a ticket for the graduation ceremony you will not need your University network account to use the Roehampton 💻 online store.
Using the Library
Please ensure you return any library books by your course end date as per your Student Record - an indication of this is on your University ID card.
Due to licence restrictions your access to library online resources will also finish on this date.
If you are interested in continuing to use the library, please see Alumni Membership:
❗ Please note that membership only gives you access to the library space and print books
Alumni Access
Because of licensing implications, we cannot currently allow alumni continued access to University IT resources, but this is something we're looking into for the future.
