Select the Need Help Button in the bottom right hand corner of the page:

Then, click on Chat with us (see below) to speak to a Servicedesk Agent during working hours: Monday – Friday 9am -1pm and 2pm - 5pm.
Outside these hours you can use the ChatBot to log a ServiceDesk ticket using your personal email address (if your Roehampton account is not working). Your ServiceDesk ticket will be sent to the IT Team who will be able to help you.
