MFA - Working With MFA Day-to-Day/Using the Authenticator app

Log in with your username and password as normal.
The next screen will notify you that a notification has been sent to the Authenticator app on your mobile device.
On your mobile device, a notification will appear from the Microsoft Authenticator app asking you to approve the sign-in.
Open the Authenticator app on your mobile device, enter the number displayed and click Yes
❗Be careful not to press "No, it's not me" as that can lock your account. Only use that option when you are not trying to sign in to anything.
❓ If you have no mobile signal/internet connection on your mobile device, you can still use the Authenticator App.
