Microsoft Whiteboard
Microsoft Whiteboard is an interactive application which acts as a digital version of a dry wipe board, where ideas can be sketched, written and linked visually. By sharing the whiteboard across your collaborator's screen, you can brainstorm ideas as though you were standing in front of a physical board

To use it you need to log onto Office.com or at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-whiteboard/digital-whiteboard-app. It can either be used online or via a downloadable app.

Limitations

It has clearly been designed to be used with a touchscreen and some of the operations like writing can be difficult to perform with a mouse. You can’t use whiteboard offline as it automatically saves to your (or your colleagues) Roehampton Office account in the cloud. For the same reason, you can’t share a whiteboard you have created with someone outside Roehampton.

Navigate to www.office.com
Click the Apps Launcher tile in the top left
Click “All Apps”
