Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Stream is an application for hosting videos and other recording, much in the same way as YouTube, but for use in a company environment such as the Roehampton network. It has particularly close links with Teams, whereby recordings of meetings (video/sound) can be made available. You can:

Make explainer videos, recording yourself alongside your screen, adding text, drawings, and other effects to personalize your videos.

View Teams meeting recordings and find what you’re looking for quickly with Chapters and Transcript Search.

Share videos and exchange feedback easily with comments and @mentions

Watch videos and meeting recordings on your own time, across all your devices

Add your videos to Teams channels, SharePoint sites and Office.com

Limitations

You can only distribute and share your Streams amongst users on the university network.

To access this app please do the following.

Navigate to www.office.com
Click the Apps Launcher tile in the top left
Click “All Apps”
