It's not normally possible to enrol in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) while outside the UK, so if you need to do so, please follow the steps below before we can make the necessary arrangements.


  1. Contact Your Line Manager:

    • Explain that you need to set up MFA, but it's currently restricted to users in the UK.
    • Inform your line manager that they need to approve your request.
  2. Manager Approval:

    • Your line manager should submit a Service Desk ticket to request the access:
      💻https://servicedesk.roehampton.ac.uk/support/tickets/new
      They need to confirm they have spoken with you and can verify your identity.
    • Once verified, we will temporarily allow your account to enrol in MFA from outside the UK.
