You can use the FreshService mobile App to log your requests and keep track of all your tickets. You can use the App to Report an Issue; Request a Service; check the progress on your logged issues & requested services and search Solutions for answers to your queries.

The first time you log in, you be asked for the ServiceDesk URL.

  1. Enter https://servicedesk.roehampton.ac.uk
  2. Login with your University email address and standard password


To use the App to report an issue

  • Click on the blue button    
  • Then Report Issue
  • Fill in the form (if reporting a problem in Halls of Residence accurate location details are essential)
  • You can use the paperclip icon if you want to attach a photo or screenshot
